We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Veechi Polo. Unless marked as final sale or otherwise noted (see below for more details), you can return merchandise for a full refund to your original form of payment within 30 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a refund, products must be returned unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Please note that gift sets must be returned in their entirety to be eligible for a refund.
For solid gold and diamond fine jewelry, we offer free returns but a prepaid return label is not provided. If you need assistance returning these items, please contact our customer service team at info@veechipolo.com for help.

We strive to provide the best possible shopping experience for our customers at Veechi Polo. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible merchandise for a refund within 30 days of purchase.
To make a return, please follow these steps:
- Merchandise eligible for return will arrive with a prepaid return label. If you cannot locate your invoice, please include a printout of your order confirmation email. Without this information, we will not be able to process your return.
- Pack the unworn item(s) in their original packaging, and include the original invoice or order confirmation email printout.

Please note, we are not responsible for lost return packages. We recommend that you insure and track your package.
Please ensure that you pack your return with care. Items that are damaged in transit due to inadequate packaging will not be eligible for a refund.

Gift Returns
If you have received a gift item from our store and would like to return it, please contact us at our email address: info@veechipolo.com.
If the gift did not include a prepaid return label: Upon receiving your email, we will send you a prepaid return label. You must package the item with the original invoice and indicate on the invoice that it is a gift return. This information will be helpful for our receiving team to process the return accurately and issue the credit. You can use the prepaid return label to send the item(s) back to us. The purchaser will not be notified of the return.
If the gift included a prepaid return label: Once you’ve emailed us, package your item with the original invoice and indicate on the invoice that it is a gift return. Use the prepaid return label to send the item(s) back to us. The purchaser will not be notified of the return.
Please note that we are unable to process exchanges. However, we will issue you a credit in the form of a discount code to purchase another item. We will send you the code via email once we have received your return.
Address Changes
If you need to update your shipping address, please email our Customer Care Team at info@veechipolo.com with your updated address. We will do our best to make the change before your order is shipped. Please note that any address change requests must be made within 12 hours of placing your original order. If your item has already been shipped, we apologize, but we will be unable to make any changes.
Items not eligible for returns
We regret to inform you that custom-made products and final sale merchandise are not eligible for returns. This policy is clearly stated on the respective product page, at the checkout, and in your order confirmation email. As such, we are unable to accept returns for these items.
Refunds
After we receive and process your return, which typically takes up to 20 business days from the shipment date, we will email you a confirmation of your refund to your original payment method. Please note that taxes will be refunded along with the items you return, but shipping charges will not be refunded. Credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to process.
Please allow extra time for your return to be received and processed due to carrier delays. You will only receive an email once your return has been fully processed. Please note that we will not send an email to confirm the receipt of your return.
Exchanges
We apologize, but we are unable to process exchanges, including those for different colors or sizes of the same item. As we cannot guarantee item availability during the exchange process, we suggest returning the original item and placing a new order on our website for the correct product. Thank you for your understanding.
