Shipping Options
We are pleased to offer complimentary UPS SurePost shipping to all US customers for orders over $250. Kindly note that the order total, after the application of any discounts, will be considered when determining if the shipping threshold has been met. Orders below the minimum value will be charged a shipping and handling fee.
If you require faster shipping, we offer UPS Ground, UPS 2-Day, and UPS Overnight shipping options for an additional fee. Please note that orders shipped to P.O. Boxes, APOs, and FPOs will be shipped via USPS and are not eligible for UPS shipping methods.
SHIPPING POLICY
Orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse on weekdays (Monday through Friday). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking information. Please check your spam folder if you did not receive this email. Please note that once an order has been placed, we are unable to upgrade the shipping selection or change the shipping address.
Customers with a Veechi Polo account may track their orders by clicking on “Account” and then “My Orders.”
Please note that pre-sale and custom items will ship after their stated production timelines, which can be found on their respective product pages, at checkout, and in your order confirmation email. Pre-sale and custom items are not eligible for UPS Ground, UPS 2-Day, or UPS Overnight Shipping.
All orders, including pre-sale and custom items, are charged at the time of purchase.
