PRODUCT AVAILABILITY, PRICES, AND ORDERS:

  1. All orders and purchases made through the Veechi Polo Jewelry Store website are subject to product availability. If a product is out of stock, the customer will be notified, and alternatives will be offered.
  2. Prices for products are subject to change without prior notice. Unless otherwise stated, the prices listed on the website are in U.S. dollars and do not include freight costs. Sales tax will be applied to shipped products, which is the responsibility of the customer.
  3. The Veechi Polo Jewelry Store retains the right to withhold any order. If the store suspects that an order is fraudulent, it reserves the right to alert the relevant authorities.

COUPONS AND DISCOUNTS:

Coupon codes cannot be combined with any other coupon code, wholesale, or promotional discount. If a coupon code is lost, Veechi Polo Jewelry Store does not offer compensation. A credit can be added to the customer’s account that can be used for a future order made directly with the store (not online).

SHIPPING:

  1. Veechi Polo Jewelry Store dispatches all products within 1-2 business days of receiving and approving an order. If there is a delay, the store will attempt to post this information on its website. The store ships through U.S. Postal Service and provides tracking information for customers to monitor their orders.
  2. Local orders are shipped through U.S. Postal Service First Class mail and typically arrive within 4-5 business days. The store cannot accommodate requests for courier service or overnight delivery on its website. However, these requests can be facilitated by phone.
  3. Veechi Polo Jewelry Store is not liable for any disruptions or delays caused by factors beyond its control.

LOST PACKAGES:

The store is not responsible for lost shipments. If the tracking information confirms that the shipment has been “delivered,” and the carrier successfully delivered the package to the address provided, the store cannot be held responsible.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS:

Veechi Polo Jewelry Store allows customers to report any defects or damages within three days of the delivery date. If the store is not alerted within this timeframe, the shipment and items are assumed to be in good condition upon arrival.

RETURNS:

  1. The store accepts returns within 72 hours of the package delivery, with a required RA number. All returns must be issued no later than 14 days after the order’s original shipping date. Clearance and half-off products are final sales. Exchanges or refunds will only be issued for authorized return/refund inquiries.
  2. Customers must fill out a form and submit it via email to receive authorization for returns, refunds, store credits, or exchanges. If reporting damages, customers must include pictures of the damaged pieces along with the filled-out RA form. Once the returns are processed, refunds/store credits will be issued.

UNDAMAGED OR UNOPENED PRODUCTS:

Customers must confirm any unopened or undamaged packages within 72 hours for a full credit. The allowable refund period for unopened packages is 14 days from the date of receiving the order (as observed with the tracking number). If authorized, the store will grant a refund, less shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee. Customers can also retain that amount instead of getting reimbursed.
